Pricing
- $75 per box plus courier costs (varies according to size/weight and destination)
- A $100 bond is charged with each hire and will be fully refunded on return of the box and its contents on time and in original condition.

Payment Date
Payment has to be made and cleared into the Partyfix4kids account at least 5 working days before the party date.
Delivery/Pick up
- The box will be dispatched a few days before party.
- The box can also be collected from 32 Graham Ave, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland
Return options
- The box is to be returned by courier on the first working day after the party.
- The box can be dropped off on the first or second working day after the party. Please make arrangements by phone or email for appropriate time.
Please note: You are expected to return the box in the original clean and tidy condition.
The box that you return is your responsibility until Partyfix4kids receives it and Partyfix4kids do not take any responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
Late return fees
- From day 3 a $40 per day late fee applies.
Loss and/or damage
- Damaged or missing items will be replaced at your cost and will be deducted from the bond.
- Toys and game material may break even in normal play. Don't be embarrassed if this happens. Please fill in the form for broken, damaged or missing parts and return the form with the box. Partyfix4kids reserves the right to deduct any loss from your bond.
Liability Clause
I/We understand that:
- I/We have complete and full responsibility for any and all injuries to any person or persons which result in whole or in part from using the contents of the Partyfix4kids Theme Box
- Partyfix4kids is not liable for any injuries so sustained through the use of the Partyfix4kids Party Theme Box.
- All Partyfix4kids theme boxes must be used under parental supervision.
- All boxes may contain game materials and costumes that could be harmful for younger children.
- Partyfix4kids' boxes are suitable from 3 years and up.

Cancellations: If the party is cancelled within 14 days of the party date a $ 50.- booking fee will be applicable.

Washing: Do not wash the costumes

Third Parties: Party boxes are not to be hired out to third parties.
Please note: Your box has a recommended age group. If in doubt, please ask Partyfix4kids for advice whether the box is suitable for your child(ren).
Privacy Act
I understand that my details will be added to the Partyfix4kids database and used only by Partyfix4kids for Partyfix4kids business and for no other purpose.
